3.IAL.19371.22.501.COMAPL.4290.21.DOC 2 When the above Appeals are called out, we are happy to note that the parties have settled their disputes arising in the above three captioned Appeals in terms of the three Settlement Agreements, each dated 2nd April, 2024. The Settlement Agreement in Appeal (L) No.98 of 2020 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Similarly, the Settlement Agreement dated 2nd April, 2024 in Appeal (L) No.4228 of 2021 is taken on record and marked "X-1". The Settlement Agreement dated 2nd April, 2024 in Appeal (L) No.4290 of 2021 is taken on record and marked as "X-2" for identification. 3 As agreed between the parties, pursuant to the aforesaid Settlement Agreements, ONGC shall withdraw the three captioned Appeals. ONGC shall also withdraw the amount of Rs.268,64,39,944/- along with accrued interest, if any, deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 3 rd March, 2021. However, ONGC shall withdraw this amount upon payment being made by ONGC in terms of the three Settlement Agreements. Once the payment is made, ONGC shall apply to the Prothonotary and Senior Master with notice to the opposite parties for withdrawal of the aforesaid amount. In case of default, liberty to apply.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5 In view of the disposal of the above Appeals, nothing survives in any of the Interim Applications pending therein, and the same are disposed of accordingly.

6 This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act on production by fax or email of a digitally signed copy of this order.

elle est trop endettée et cette histoire d'inde qui reviens en permanence n'a aucun sens ! elle grimpera avec le temps ........
